Order Processing

We aim to process all orders placed before 3:00 PM (AWST) on business days on the same day. During periods of high order volume, public holidays, or weekends, processing times may be extended. If there are any anticipated delays, we will communicate this via a homepage notification or banner so you can make informed decisions before placing your order.

For large volume orders or bulk purchases, please allow up to 2 months for processing. We strongly recommend contacting our customer service team in advance to confirm lead times.

Estimated Delivery Times

Western Australia: 3–10 business days from the date of shipment

All other Australian states and territories: 10–15 business days from the date of shipment

All shipments include a tracking code, which will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this code to monitor the status of your delivery.

Please note that delivery time frames are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as customs delays, courier service disruptions, or delivery to remote locations. We do our best to ensure timely deliveries and will notify you of any significant delays.

Pre-Order Items

Some products may be available for purchase on a pre-order basis. For these items, we publish estimated time of arrival (ETA) details in good faith based on the latest information from our international shipping partners. However, please be aware that pre-order ETAs are subject to change due to potential delays in manufacturing, international freight, or customs clearance. We will communicate any substantial changes to expected delivery dates as soon as we are made aware.
